Almost threw the entire Pack of 3 away when i found that it's not helping me. Till i called QN office and they explained and corrected my administration. Instead of taking before sleep [WRONG], im now taking in the afternoon after lunch and been 4 weeks now, to slowly realise that im turning in ard 10pm almost everyday. Hope what i am sharing now helps those in doubts.🙌🙌👍
