When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with complete information on tracking of delivery service and progress.
For all international orders, it is the responsibility of the overseas purchaser to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country before order placement. If the Regulatory/Customs in your country returns your order to us for any reason, we will refund the total of your purchase minus twice your shipping charge (because we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return the order to us).
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your overseaorder. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs Office for those charges, and any additional charges that may apply. Any custom fees or import duties imposed by recipient’s home country shall be borne by the recipient.
Kindly refer to the respective shipping countries above for the delivery rates. Different delivery partners are engaged to ensure that all recipients enjoy the lowest shipping rates.
If a surcharge for shipment is incurred for international shipping to remote destination. (The "Remote " is defined as distant islands and highlands, a postal code, suburb or town that is difficult, inaccessible or infrequently served ), remote area surcharge will be paid by customer. QN Wellness will notify the customer if this surcharge applies.
All items may be subject to customs inspection which may require additional days.

Your order is considered fulfilled once we pass on the package to Logistic Partner. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, mis-directed, or damaged in transit, we will refer the issue to ourLogistic Partner. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us.
